The full terms below control. Please read them.
1. What you are agreeing to
1.1 These Order Terms (“Order Terms”) are an agreement between Studio Tak LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Campfire (“Campfire”, “we”, “us”), and the business you represent (“you”). They govern every order of ad creative you place through campfireads.io or app.campfireads.io (each an “Order”).
1.2 These Order Terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If these Order Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on a point about an Order, these Order Terms control for that Order. Everything else in the Terms of Service still applies.
1.3 Checking the box marked “I agree” and creating your account is your electronic signature. You consent to doing business with us electronically, and you agree that this electronic acceptance has the same effect as a signed paper agreement under the Florida Uniform Electronic Transaction Act (Fla. Stat. § 668.50) and the federal E-SIGN Act. We record the date, time and version of the Order Terms you accepted.
1.4 You confirm that you are ordering for business purposes, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are authorized to bind the business named on the account. Campfire is a business-to-business service and is not offered to consumers for personal, family or household use.
1.5 We may update these Order Terms. The version in effect when you place an Order applies to that Order. We will ask you to accept a new version before it applies to you.
2. Placing an Order
2.1 Order size and price. You choose how many ads to order. The minimum Order is 15 ads. There is no maximum. The number of ads you order determines your pricing tier and your price per ad, both shown to you before you pay. Your total is the number of ads multiplied by the price per ad.
2.2 The price is final. The total shown at checkout is the full price of your Order. It includes any sales or use tax that applies, and there are no setup fees, platform fees, revision fees or other added costs. If a tax authority later requires us to collect a tax we did not include, we absorb it.
2.3 Changing the size of an Order. You may ask us to change the number of ads in an open Order. We will send you the revised count and any resulting price before anything changes, and the change takes effect only when you confirm it in writing (email or in the app). We may decline a change once production has started. Reducing an Order does not create a refund (see Section 3.3); any difference stays on your account as a credit toward future Orders with us. If you want more ads than you ordered, you place a new Order at the pricing then shown, and the new Order is priced on its own count.
2.4 Promotional offers. Some Orders are placed under a promotion (for example a Black Friday price or a matched “BOGO” Order). The promotion’s page states its deadlines, pricing and what is included, and those terms form part of your Order. Unless the promotion says otherwise: (a) promotions cannot be combined; (b) a matched Order is limited to one per brand; (c) matched or bonus ads carry the same revision rights, delivery terms and ownership as paid ads and are delivered with the same Order; and (d) a promotional delivery date (such as “live for Black Friday”) depends on you meeting the deadlines on the promotion page. If you miss a deadline, we deliver as soon as we can but the promotional date no longer applies, and no refund is due.
2.5 Our right to decline. We may decline or cancel an Order before production starts if the products, claims or content fall outside what we are able to produce, violate our Terms of Service or Meta’s advertising policies, or if we cannot verify your business. If we decline an Order for these reasons before production starts, we refund the full amount you paid for it. This is the only case in which we refund.
3. Payment, refunds and chargebacks
3.1 Payment in full, up front. Every Order is paid in full at the time you place it, in U.S. dollars, through our payment processor, Stripe. No work starts until payment has cleared. Stripe handles your card or bank details under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not store your full card number.
3.2 Authorization. You authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the total of your Order. You confirm that you are permitted to use that payment method.
3.3 All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable. Except as stated in Section 2.5, we do not refund any part of an Order for any reason, including if you cancel, change your mind, miss a deadline, reduce your Order, do not use the ads, do not grant us Meta access, or are dissatisfied with results. If you cancel an Order after paying, we will still deliver the ads you paid for unless you tell us in writing to stop, and no refund is due either way. This policy is displayed to you before you pay and again here before you accept.
3.4 Talk to us before disputing a charge. If you believe a charge is wrong, email info@studiotak.co within 30 days of the charge and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it. You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal or dispute with your bank or card issuer for a charge you authorized under these Order Terms. To the extent permitted by law, initiating a chargeback for an authorized charge is a material breach: we may pause all work and access to the app, suspend your permission to use any ads from the disputed Order until the charge is restored, provide your acceptance record and delivery history to the card network, and recover the disputed amount together with any bank or network fees and our reasonable costs of collection. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
3.5 Failed payments. If a payment fails or is reversed, the Order is not placed (or, if work has started, is paused) until payment is received.
4. Timing
4.1 Production Start. Production of your Order starts on the first business day after all of the following have happened: (a) your payment has cleared; (b) you have given us your brand details and the assets described in Section 6; and (c) you have approved your creative brief in the app (the “Production Start”).
4.2 Our delivery commitment. We guarantee that the first version of every ad in your Order will be delivered to your review link within five (5) business days of Production Start. We aim to deliver sooner, and any earlier date we mention is an estimate, not a promise. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Days lost to your delays (Section 4.3), to Meta or other third-party outages, or to events outside our reasonable control (Terms of Service, Section 18.4) do not count against the five days.
4.3 Your response times. We will ask you for assets, information, decisions and approvals along the way. You agree to respond within 48 hours of each request. Every day of delay beyond 48 hours moves every later date in your Order by the same amount, including any promotional date. If we hear nothing from you for 14 days, we may pause your Order. If an Order stays paused for six (6) months, we treat it as abandoned: the Order closes, no refund is due, and your account may be archived under Section 5.4.
4.4 Revisions and approvals. Revision timing is set out in Section 7.
5. What an Order includes
5.1 One ad. Each ad in your Order is one creative concept delivered in both 1:1 and 9:16 sizes for Meta placements, together with primary text, a headline and a description. The two sizes of the same concept count as one ad, not two. Each ad may be any of the formats we offer at the time of your Order: static, motion, carousel, video or UGC edit, at the same price per ad. The mix of formats is agreed in your creative brief.
5.2 Creative brief. Every Order starts with a creative brief built from your brand details and our research. You review and approve the brief in the app before production starts. You may ask for edits to the brief before approving it.
5.3 Relay reporting and Meta API access. Orders in the Launch and Growth tiers (or any tier the order page shows as including them) include Relay reporting and, for Growth, Meta API access. Relay reads each ad’s results from your Meta ad account and uses the top performers to shape your next plan. These features work only if you grant Campfire the access described in Section 6.4. They remain available for as long as your account is active (Section 5.4). They are a feature of your account, not of a single Order, and declining to connect your Meta account does not change the price of an Order or create a refund.
5.4 Active and archived accounts. Your account is active while you have an open Order or ongoing work with us. If six (6) months pass with no Order and no work in progress, we may archive your account. An archived account loses access to the app, Relay reporting, Meta API access, review links and stored plans. You can download your delivered ads at any time while your account is active, and we encourage you to keep your own copies. Archived data is handled under our Privacy Policy. You may reactivate by placing a new Order, subject to data we still hold.
5.5 Not included. An Order does not include media buying, campaign setup, running or managing ads on Meta, landing pages, photography or video shoots, stock licenses, UGC creators, talent, music licenses, translation, or any format not listed in Section 5.1. We do not guarantee that Meta will approve any ad or that any ad will achieve any result (Terms of Service, Section 12).
6. What you provide
6.1 Your materials. You supply everything we design with: brand guidelines, logos, fonts, product photography and video, UGC footage, customer reviews, product facts, claims and any other assets (“Customer Content”). We design with what you give us and do not source stock, UGC or talent on your behalf.
6.2 Your warranties. You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have all rights, licenses, consents and releases needed for us to use the Customer Content in your ads, including rights in any people, music, trademarks and third-party content that appear; (b) the Customer Content and every claim in it is accurate, substantiated, not misleading and lawful; (c) your products may lawfully be advertised on Meta and comply with Meta’s advertising policies; and (d) the Customer Content complies with your own brand requirements. You, not Campfire, are responsible for brand compliance of your ads.
6.3 AI-generated elements. We use AI-generated imagery or other AI-generated elements in your ads only if you opt in, in your creative brief or in the app. If you opt in, you have the final say on whether each AI-generated element complies with your brand and with Meta’s policies, and you confirm that by approving the ad. AI-generated content is subject to Section 6 of the Terms of Service, including its limits on ownership.
6.4 Meta account access. For Relay reporting and Meta API access, you grant Campfire read access to your Meta ad account through Meta’s partner or business permissions, not by sharing passwords. You may revoke access at any time; doing so ends Relay reporting until it is restored. You remain responsible for your Meta accounts, budgets, billing and policy compliance (Terms of Service, Section 3.6).
7. Review, revisions and approval
7.1 Review link. We deliver each ad to a review link in the app where you can approve it, request edits, or reject it, and leave comments. Anyone on your team can use the link.
7.2 Two rounds of revisions per ad. Every ad includes two (2) rounds of revisions at no charge. A “round” is one consolidated set of edit requests on an ad, submitted together, which we then address and redeliver. A “revision” is a change to the existing ad: copy, colors, imagery, layout, cropping, timing, or fixing something that misses your brief. A revision is not a new concept, a different product, a new format (for example, turning a static ad into a video), or a change of strategy; those are a new Order. We may decline revision requests beyond the two included rounds, or offer them as a separately priced Order.
7.3 Rejected ads. Rejecting an ad does not entitle you to a replacement ad, a new concept or a refund. If an ad misses the mark, use a revision round to tell us what to change. If we believe we missed your approved brief, we may at our sole discretion replace an ad; that is a courtesy and not an obligation. All delivered ads count toward your Order.
7.4 Approval. An ad is approved when you approve it in the app. An ad is also deemed approved, and your revision rounds for it closed, if seven (7) days pass after we deliver a version of it without you requesting edits, or if you download it for use or run it, or any part of it, as an advertisement. Once approved, further changes are a new Order.
7.5 Revision turnaround. We aim to return revisions within one to two business days of receiving a complete round of requests. That is an estimate.
7.6 Order completion. Your Order is complete when every ad in it is approved or deemed approved. You can download approved ads from the app while your account is active.
8. Ownership and use of your ads
8.1 You own the ads. Because you pay up front, once an ad is delivered and approved you own it as set out in Section 4 of the Terms of Service, subject to the limits there on Licensed Content, AI-Generated Content and creator rights. If a charge is reversed or disputed, ownership and permission to use the affected ads are suspended until payment is restored (Section 3.4 and Terms of Service, Section 7.7).
8.2 Portfolio. After you publish an ad, we may show that published ad in our portfolio and marketing as described in Section 10 of the Terms of Service. We never publish your spend, return on ad spend or other non-public results. You can opt out at any time by emailing info@studiotak.co.
8.3 Aggregated data. You authorize us to use de-identified, aggregated data about your ads and their performance to improve our research and services, as described in Section 9.5 of the Terms of Service. We do not identify you or your brand in that data.
9. Meta and advertising compliance
9.1 You are responsible for uploading, running and managing your ads on Meta, for your ad account standing, and for compliance with Meta’s policies and all advertising laws, including truth-in-advertising rules and endorsement disclosures (Terms of Service, Section 15). If Meta rejects an ad or restricts your account, that is not a defect in our work and does not entitle you to a refund or free rework, though you may use a remaining revision round to address a stated policy reason.
9.2 We make no promise about the performance of any ad, including click-through rate, return on ad spend or sales. The figures on our website describe past results across our customers and are not a prediction for your brand.
10. Liability
10.1 Sections 12, 13 and 14 of the Terms of Service (disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability and indemnification) apply to every Order. For clarity, our total liability for any Order is capped as stated in Section 13.2 of the Terms of Service, and in no event exceeds the amount you paid for the Order in dispute.
11. Governing law and disputes
11.1 These Order Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
11.2 Any dispute about an Order follows Section 17 of the Terms of Service: thirty (30) days of good-faith negotiation first, then binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Florida, with no class or representative claims, and with any claim brought within one (1) year of accruing.
11.3 In any arbitration or court proceeding to enforce these Order Terms, the prevailing party is entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs from the other party. This right is mutual.
12. General
12.1 These Order Terms, the order details shown to you at checkout, your approved creative brief, the terms of any promotion you ordered under, and the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for your Order. Terms in a purchase order or vendor form do not apply unless we accept them in writing.
12.2 If any part of these Order Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
12.3 Notices to us go to info@studiotak.co. Notices to you go to the email on your account.
